Waymark Internet Acquires WorldLogon's Subscriber
Base
Waymark Communications continues its growth strategy.

ADDISON, TX (June 17, 2002) -- Waymark Internet, one
of North Texas' leading Internet Service Providers, http://www.waymark.net,
today announced the acquisition of WorldLogon.net's (WorldLogon)
subscriber base, http://www.WorldLogon.net.
Waymark will continue to support the WorldLogon customers with
no interruption of services.
